Fixed quote in general, no open-ended day rate.
Q.What do I actually walk away with?
R.A 20-40 page written report: mapping of the existing setup, risks ranked by severity, prioritized 6-month action plan, estimate in days and budget. Plus a 1-hour live presentation to align your team or board. It all belongs to you, share it however you want.
Q.What's the typical kick-off timeline?
R.One week for a flash audit, two to three weeks for a standard audit. Free discovery call within 48h to scope. If you're facing a fundraise or an urgent decision, I can reshuffle other engagements.
Q.Will you sign an NDA?
R.Yes, by default. The report and all client data stay confidential — no information goes out without your written approval. If you want to use the report for fundraising, we discuss upfront to adapt the format.
Q.How does the audit work in practice?
R.Read access to code, infra and tools (Linear, Slack, Notion). Three to five interviews with your tech team and the CEO. Static and manual analysis. Mid-point checkpoint to course-correct, final deliverable + live presentation at the end.
Q.What happens after the audit?
R.You're free. Either you take the action plan and execute internally (that's often the goal), or we continue together on a CTO or dev engagement, or I refer you to providers in my network if you need specific hands.
