Q.Do you work alone or with a team?
R.Alone for technical leadership and the CEO relationship. For execution, I mobilize a network of trusted devs, ops and designers when needed — full sourcing, no hidden margin on their daily rate.
Q.What's the typical kick-off timeline?
R.Two to three weeks, depending on my current capacity. Discovery call within 48h. If you're stuck, we can run a five-day flash audit while waiting for the proper kick-off.
Q.Will you sign an NDA?
R.Yes — yours or mine, your call. Code and IP stay 100% yours. No engagement detail appears on this site without written approval.
Q.Remote or on-site?
R.Mostly remote (Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub). One to two days per month on-site for critical phases — hiring, kick-offs, board. Based in France, EU and UK travel no problem.
